Event Rooms at Monarch Building

Starting in late 2026, event space at the Monarch Building will be available for rent! The event space includes two separate but conjoined rooms featuring a stage, private restroom, and access to Milkweed Commons Pocket Park.

Room one can host 40-45 people with banquet seating. Room two can host 45-50 people with auditorium seating.
